I don’t believe in rushing transformation. I don’t believe you need to be “healed” to be whole.
What I offer is space — the space to slow down, to feel, to soften, and to begin unwinding the patterns that once kept you safe but no longer serve you.
Much of this work happens beneath the surface. We’re not just talking through stories; we’re gently tending to your nervous system, your energy, and the parts of you that learned to hide in order to survive.
You don’t have to explain everything for me to understand. I listen to what isn’t being said: to the body, the pauses, and the energy underneath the words.
Some people describe this work as calming, affirming, or even mysterious — but, mostly, they describe it as finally feeling like themselves again.
The real work is not becoming someone new, but coming home to who you’ve always been.
