All services offered by A Soul Purpose, LLC are spiritual in nature and intended to support personal and energetic well-being. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed healthcare. Each individual’s experience is unique, and results cannot be guaranteed.
 

I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or licensed healthcare provider. I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. My role is to help clients address energetic imbalances within the bio-field, supporting the body’s innate ability to restore balance and harmony. I believe that all healing is self-healing, and that true transformation occurs through the individual’s own connection with their natural energy.
 

Clients are encouraged to continue receiving care from their licensed medical and mental health professionals. My work is designed to complement conventional medical and psychological treatments, not replace them.
 

While many clients report meaningful insights or positive outcomes, I make no promises, warranties, or guarantees regarding results. As with any healing or wellness modality, experiences vary from person to person.

1. Acceptance
By engaging A Soul Purpose, LLC for spiritual life coaching, energy balancing, and/or intuitive reading services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services
A Soul Purpose provides energy and coaching services designed to help you achieve your personal and spiritual goals.

3. Client Responsibilities​

  • Participation: You are responsible for actively participating in your coaching and/or energy sessions.

  • Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during your sessions.

  • Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with the services in accordance with our agreed-upon terms.

 

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees: The fees for our services are outlined on the individual service booking page.

  • Payment: Payments are due at time of booking.

  • Refund Policy: All sales are final.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 

  • Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session. Extenuating circumstances may be considered.

  • When canceling more than 24 hours ahead, clients may opt to reschedule the session for a later date.

6. Confidentiality​

A Soul Purpose is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. We will take reasonable steps to protect your privacy.

7. Limitation of Liability​

A Soul Purpose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire, USA.

A Soul Purpose may modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and A Soul Purpose, LLC and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
