Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on November 11, 2025.
At A Soul Purpose, LLC, we are working to make our site www.asoulpurpose.org accessible to people with disabilities.
Our Commitment
A Soul Purpose is committed to making our digital products and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive online experience that enables equal access to information and functionality for all users.

We design and test our site and digital products using recognized accessibility standards and guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) Level AA and principles reflected in federal accessibility guidance. These standards are widely recognized by U.S. federal agencies and civil-rights guidance as appropriate technical benchmarks for web and mobile accessibility.
We follow applicable federal accessibility obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and relevant federal ICT accessibility guidance (e.g., Section 508-related standards and federal best practices). We also align our efforts with New Hampshire state digital accessibility policies and non-discrimination laws that promote accessible digital services.

This statement applies to all digital products and services hosted by www.asoulpurpose.org, including website pages, downloadable files, web applications, and customer-facing digital tools. It does not cover third-party content that we do not control.

If you need a document or content from our site in an alternative format (for example: large print, accessible PDF, plain-text, audio), please contact us at jennifer@asoulpurpose.org and specify the content and preferred format.

This statement is intended to demonstrate our ongoing efforts to comply with applicable accessibility obligations. Individuals with disabilities retain all rights under federal law (including the ADA and Section 508 where applicable) and New Hampshire state law; contacting us will not limit the right to pursue other remedies under those laws. For information on federal guidance and recent rulemaking affecting state and local government digital accessibility, see the U.S. Department of Justice resources and related federal ICT guidance.
