Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports balance, grounding, and a deeper connection to the body, mind, and spirit.

As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, with training in both Usui and Kundalini Reiki modalities, I offer Reiki education and attunement for those who feel called to begin or deepen their relationship with this healing energy.
​
My approach to teaching Reiki is grounded, accessible, and rooted in respect for the body. Reiki does not have to feel confusing, overly mystical, or out of reach. You do not need to be highly intuitive, spiritually advanced, or energetically sensitive to begin.
​
You only need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to practice.
Reiki Level I Manual
A doorway to understanding and self-practice
For those who are curious about Reiki or want a simple place to begin, I offer a Reiki Level I Manual as a standalone resource.
​
This manual is a grounded beginner’s guide to understanding Reiki, energy hygiene, and daily self-practice. Simple teachings and reflection prompts support you in reconnecting with your own energy, building confidence, and beginning a relationship with Reiki in a clear, accessible way.
​
The manual can be used on its own as an educational resource, or as a companion to Reiki Level I training and attunement.
​
Please note: the manual does not replace a Reiki attunement or formal certification.
Private Reiki Training, Attunement & Certification
For those seeking depth

If you feel called to become attuned to Reiki, I offer private Reiki training and attunement sessions.
​
Reiki Level I is the foundation. It is focused on self-healing, learning to sense and trust the energy, and developing your own relationship with Reiki before moving into sharing it with others.
Private training allows us to move at a more personal pace. This gives you space to ask questions, understand the foundations of Reiki, receive your attunement, and begin building a practice that feels grounded and supportive for you.

You will receive access to the training manual, private instruction, and a Reiki Level I Certificate upon completion.
Group Experiences
A shared space to learn

Occasionally, I may offer group Reiki trainings and attunement sessions.
​
These group experiences are designed to be intimate, grounded, and supportive. They may be offered virtually or in person, depending on the season, space, and what feels most aligned.
​
Group trainings are a beautiful option if you enjoy learning in community and want to experience Reiki in a shared container. There is something powerful about practicing in a shared space, asking questions together, and feeling supported by the energy of the group.
​
These trainings are still held with care and plenty of room for personal integration, so the experience feels connected without being overwhelming.
​

Pathways
Continuing on to Reiki Level II & III
Embody and share the teachings
For those who feel called to continue, there is a pathway into Reiki Level II and Reiki Level III.
​
Level II supports you in deepening your practice and learning how to share Reiki with others in an ethical, grounded, and intentional way. This level may include practitioner ethics, working with Reiki symbols according to lineage, distance Reiki, emotional and mental support, and basic session structure.
​
Level III is a deeper step into Reiki mastery, embodiment, and responsibility. This level is for those who feel ready to strengthen their relationship with Reiki and continue walking the path with more depth, care, and integrity.
​
The path should not be rushed.​ Each level builds on the one before it. Reiki is not something to perform or force. It is something to practice, receive, and live in relationship with over time.
