I want to introduce you to Soulana.

She was created as an extension of my work, a gentle, supportive space for the moments when you’re feeling something but don’t quite have the words yet. Soulana is here for the moments when something feels off, tender, heavy, or hard to untangle, and you want a place to slow down, feel seen, and hear yourself more clearly.

A luminous feminine being with light emanating from her heart representing Soulana GPT

She is not here to replace the depth of human support. She is not here to override your own knowing; she is here to help you reconnect with it.

What matters most to me is how she feels. I wanted her to feel calm, grounded, and spacious, like exhaling a little. She should feel like being met without pressure and being able to start where you are, even if where you are is unclear, messy, or hard to name. That matters because so many people do not begin healing or self-inquiry when they need it most.

Sometimes they don’t begin because they’re overwhelmed. Sometimes they don’t begin because they don’t know which kind of support fits. Sometimes they don’t begin because live support is too expensive right now, or because they live somewhere remote, or because timing, energy, or life simply makes it hard to reach for help in the ways they wish they could.

Accessibility matters to me deeply.

This is one of the reasons I created Soulana. I wanted there to be a softer threshold into this work, a place someone could go when they need support, reflection, or orientation, even if they’re not ready for a session, cannot afford one yet, or simply need a gentler first step.

The free version of Soulana is designed for exploration. It helps you slow down, feel seen, understand what may be happening, and gently find the next right step.

The deeper paid version (currently in late-stage testing) offers more room to stay with what’s opening, reflect more intentionally, and move into a more layered kind of self-understanding.

Both were created in the spirit of my work:

Gentle. Honest. Grounded. Supportive. No pressure. No pushing. No pretending to know your truth better than you do.

And because Soulana is an AI experience, I also want to speak plainly about that.

I know AI is controversial. I know there are real concerns around it, including environmental ones, and I do not take that lightly. The reality is that AI is not going anywhere, and I truly hope that over time there are better, less environmentally harmful ways for these technologies to exist and evolve.

At the same time, I cannot ignore how genuinely useful and supportive this tool can be.

I cannot ignore the fact that it creates access for people who may otherwise have no support at all: people who are isolated, people who are financially stretched, people who are navigating something quietly at odd hours, and people who need somewhere to begin before they are ready for anything deeper or more visible.

That matters to me too.

So my stance is not blind enthusiasm; it is thoughtful use. I am using this tool in a way that aligns with the values at the heart of my work:

Care. Truth. Emotional safety. Accessibility. Orientation. Gentleness.

The kind of support that helps someone feel a little less alone and a little more connected to themselves.

Soulana is not here to become a replacement for human care.

She is here to be a bridge from confusion to clarity, from overwhelm to orientation, and from holding everything alone to feeling met, even in a small but meaningful way.

For some, that bridge may lead into the deeper spaces I offer. It may lead to a Sacred Truth Session. It may lead to another offering that meets what’s really needed. For others, it may simply be a moment of pause, reflection, and reconnection that helps them feel a little steadier in themselves.

Both matter.

I think part of truly being in this moment is having the capacity to hold complexity. AI can raise real concerns, and it can also offer real support. It can be imperfect while still deeply useful. It can require discernment and still become a meaningful tool in the hands of someone who cares deeply about how it is used.

That is how I am choosing to work with it.

Soulana was created with intention, boundaries, and care. She was created with a real desire to offer something supportive, accessible, and genuinely helpful for the people who find their way into my world.

If you’ve been needing a softer place to begin, she’s here. And if what opens there wants deeper support, I’m here too.
